Task Description

Carepii Nepal is a new healthcare startup dedicated to providing quality nursing and care services in Pokhara. As a growing company, we are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and building a team of motivated professionals who want to make a difference in their community. Our services focus on post-acute care, rehabilitation, and support for both short- and long-term patients, under the supervision of experienced nurses.

Position: Nurse Assistant (CNA/Healthcare Assistant)
Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Employment Type: Full-time, In-person

Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed nurses with direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team.
Support patients with nutrition, feeding, and hydration.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas, following infection control protocols.
Assist with patient transportation and supply management within the facility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Document patient care and interactions as per guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
Nepali citizenship and valid identification
Certificate level in nursing or equivalent recognized qualification
Valid license to practice as a nurse assistant/healthcare assistant in Nepal
Prior experience in nursing or healthcare assistance preferred
Good communication skills in Nepali and basic English
Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to work in a team
Basic understanding of healthcare procedures and medical terminology is an advantage
